General information on filing a claim

As a consumer, you are required to prove the purchase of the item by presenting a proof of purchase or by other sufficiently credible means.

As a consumer, you cannot assert rights arising from defects that you caused yourself or that were known to you at the time of purchase. The same applies to defects for which we, as the seller, and you, as the consumer, have agreed on a price reduction. We are not liable for normal wear and tear.

The claim must be filed within 24 months at the latest. The claim must be filed immediately to prevent the defect from worsening and leading to the claim being rejected. If you report the defect immediately after discovering it, you will ensure that the claim is processed without any issues.

The claim will be processed only after we have informed you of it. If the statutory period expires, this is considered a material breach of contract, and you may withdraw from the purchase contract.
